Spanish dish with butter beans and chrorizo

- 120 g Chorizo chopped
- 3-4 rashers Smokey Bacon cut in strips
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 2-3 Large Tomatooes chopped
- 1 tin Tomatoes
- 3 tins Butter Beans
- 2 tsp Tomato Puree
- 1/2 glass White Wine
- 500 ml Vegetable Stock
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
Seasoning
- 2 Bay Leaves
- Paprika
- Thyme
- Oregano
Cook chorizo and bacon until crispy. Remove from pan and put aside
Add chopped onion and garlic to the pan and cook until softened
Return chorizo and bacon to the pan with the onions and add all the remaining ingredients.
Simmer until thickened, approx. 30 minutes
